Well pattern construction in different development stages of fractured-vuggy carbonate reservoirs in Tahe oilfield
-
Abstract
Based on the results of geophysical identification and geological knowledge of Tahe oilfield, combined with the specific development countermeasures on site, the researches on distribution characteristics of fractured-vuggy carbonate reservoirs in different development stages and corresponding well patterns are carried out. The shows that in the natural energy development stage, the key point is to summarize the geological regularity of fracture and cave development under different karst backgrounds, plan the basic well pattern and maximize the controlled reserves according to the geophysical identification. In the waterflooding development stage, it is necessary to improve the scope of waterflooding, strengthen the fine identification of faulting and fracture, combine with the dynamic connection relationship recognized on site, adjust and perfect the well pattern, build the injection-production relationship, and improve the production degree of waterflooding reserves. In the EOR stage, according to the types, distribution characteristics and main controlling factors of remaining oil after waterflooding, the corresponding technical means should be selected to develop the potential of remaining oil.
