Experimental study on ultimate temperature under low temperature gathering- transferring of water cut oil

  • In company with the increase of water content, the water percentage in pipeline network can reach 90%. In order to study the influencing factor on ultimate tempera-lure under low temperature transportation, the experimental study has been carried out. In this paper, by means of contrasting the data from the experiments, it can be known that reducing flux rate, increasing pipe diameter and concentration of flow improver can reduce the ultimate temperature, and the reduction of ultimate temperature when adding flow improver is about 5℃. As the effect of adding flow improver is most remarkable, such as easy operation, great energy saving and consumption reduction, it has a good application future.
