Study on technical limits for channeling the flow of Road closure in polymer block

Because of the long-term notes and extraction,it is easy to be the formation of strong mining strip of high per-meability or channels.So the process of polymer develop-ment is prone to "cross flow" in the situation.With numeri-cal simulation make the analysis of the heterogeneity of stra-ta and the location of channel layer,permeability,thickness of the impact of polymer flooding;and study the technical limits of channeling the flow of road closure before the poly mer due to the characteristics of Shuanghe oilfield.So before the polymer development,to carry out the technical limits of research for channeling the flow of road closure is one of the effective recoveries to improve the recovery ratio in the poly-mer block.
