Research and application of MHR packer separate layer fracturing technology in Dagang oilfield

MHR packer is a hydro set permanent packer,which is being recognized as a very reliable device.It has many advantages,the hydraulic setting function,only once running pipe string can complete the installation.The hydraulic sitting mechanism is in the bottom of the packer,which will not be affected by the density of well completion fluid,after many times of successful use in well site,it is proved to be safe and reliable in the setting process.The diameter of the MHR packer is larger than the inside that of the tubing,which can completely meet the need of the production.MHR packer is a bi-directional slip and three seal design and the structure is very simple and reasonable.In order to be used by many times,the self-contained anchor sealing assembly is inserted sleeve and can be threaded off in positive rotation. Considering the underground conditions and components of the fluid,the sealing element is made by high temperature and corrosion proof materials.While unseating the packer,turn right to thread off the anchoring sealing,regain the oil tube and set down the packer junk tool to mill the packer. The packer can be milled easily by the quenching technology made slip system,the lower part of the packer has milling extension sub,which ensures the packer can be recuperate by the junk tool after the milling process.
