Technical limits research of fractured thin oil reservoir development technology

  • In order to make a study on the effect of reservoir geology and injection-production parameters of buried hill thin oil reservoir on recovery efficiency,Eclipse numerical simulation software has been applied to establish the conceptual model.The sensitivity analysis of the reservoir geological parameters on the ultimate recovery has been carried out,and the fracture permeability,fracture porosity,fracture dip and fracture density,and etc are included.Meantime,the injection-production parameters have been optimized,including well pattern,injection location,liquid withdrawal.Theresearch results show that when the fracture development is better,the reservoir recovery degree is higher.The optimal well pattern for fracture type reservoir is the parallel crisscross pattern.The water injection location should be chosen near the bottom of the reservoir,the optimum length of horizontal well is 800 ~ 1 000 m,and the optimal production rate is about 3%.
