Reservoir Architecture Analysis of the Fan Delta Front in Shuanghe Oilfield

The reservoir structure of Shuanghe oilfield isdiscriminated through architectural element analysis. Aninterface series with nine hierachies is established for thefan delta front reservoirs, seven architectural elements arerecognized, and their discrimination in logs and planardistribution patterns are presented. This paper summarizessix kinds of architectural areal models, analyzes the controlof architectures on the distribution of residual oil andprovides scientific basis for enhancing oil recovery of thismature oil field.
