Study of synthesis of drag reduction agent with α- alkene

  • Adding drag reduction agent in pipeline fluid is an effective way to increase throughput of pipelines. Taking α- alkene as feedstock, the optimum formula and synthetic conditions of drag reduction superpolymer α- alkene are determined through normal experiments. The influences of the main catalyst, catalyst promoter, and the temperature and time of reaction on the products of polymerization reaction are analyzed and a feasible testing program is formulated. As to 0 diesel, when the Reynolds number of fluid is 6000 and the amount of drag reduction agent added is 10 μg/g, the antidrag effects of the drag reduction a-gent synthesized under the optimized conditions are better than that of the similar products.
