New Enterprise Management Framework in China under Market Economic Conditions

This paper analyzes the main problems of enterprise management in China at present, discusses the new framework of enterprise management under socialist market economic conditions. It' contains abolishing the administrative ranks of state-owned enterprises and departing the government from enterprises, employing professional personnels to manage the enterprises, putting personnel development in the first place, adopting the idea of modern management, and establishing an advanced and highly- effective management system.
