Research and application of gas-proof pump layering oil production technology in Changqing oilfield

As the main producing layers, oil reservoirs of Triassic Yanchang formation have the characteristics of overlapped multiple layers vertically, and affected by advanced water injection and general water injection. If general commingled production of two layers adopted, the interlayer pressure difference will be bigger and the interlayer contradiction will become obvious. Therefore, two-layered selective zone production technology should be adopted. In view of the reservoir characteristics of low saturation pressure, small formation-saturation pressure difference and high oil gas ratio, a kind of gas-proof separate layer production pump, "the upper pump for lower layer and lower pump for upper layer", has been adopted. Through field test and application, the results show the pump has good production effect and stronger adaptability for high oil gas ratio wells.
