Conventional logging response characteristics of heavy oil water flooded layers in Jinglou oilfield

  • Based on the theory of petroleum geology and well logging,starting from the core,rock electrical experiment and logging data,the conventional logging response characteris tics of heavy oil water flooded layers in Jinglou oilfield ha been deeply analyzed.The results show the resistivity in th heavy water flooded layer presents asymmetrical " U" type increased acoustic time,abnormal spontaneous potential o the logging response characteristics(lower abnormal ampli tude in early water-flooded period,positive variance of ab normal amplitude in middle-late period,increased abnorma amplitude in edge water flooded area),and it lays a solid ma terial foundation for the establishment of heavy oil logging interpretation method and standards of heavy oil waterflooded layers for the next step.
