Methods and Effects of the Study on the Multisource Thin Sand Body

  • The study on multisource thin sand body is todifferentiate deposition types, determine the distribution ofsand body, the relationship, and the laminating successionof the multisource sand body in the profile according tothe characteristics of sedimentary rhythmic cycles of thestratigraphic deposition in the combination log. The sandbody, Ⅳ_5~3 layer of Jinglou oilfield, can be furtherdivided into three oil-bearing ones, which converge witheach other and superimpose in the profile. It is confirmedby drilling that the oil-bearing area has increased by 3.0km2, and that 1.14 million more tons geologic reservcswas newly found.
