Practice Simulative Joint－stock,Implement Contract System of Managerial Responsibility on Assets

A simulative joint-stock,which has both the basic characteristics of the western joint-stock and the inspiration mechanism of the contracted management responsibility system in China, is put forward in this paper from a point of view that the staffs of state enterprises are the principle parts of the enterprises and management. The relationship between simulative joint-stock system and assets management responsibility system and the practical implemanting method are also analyzed.
