Development and application of wearproof and consumption reduction oil pump

Aiming at the actual situation of pumping wells eccentric wear and high-energy,this paper proposes well pump with dual function of eccentric wear governance and the ener-gy consumption Annular valve is set in upper part of the pump,routine pump valve is cancelled,which can reduce the buoyancy of sucker rod downward,reduce the neutralization point,increase sucker rod buckling difficulty,delay partial grinding.At the same time decreasing of the buoyancy downward further release sucker rod's weight,increased the downlink suspended load,reduce the motor's work share to weights,realize energy saving.Field application shows that:in the fixed average suction parameters,pumping unit suspension point load descending significantly,the efficiency of the system increase by 8 percentage which has good application value.
