Study on property of de-emulsification of mixed demuisifter for heavy crude oils

Dehydrating effects of twelve commercial demulsifiers on thick oil(40% water cut)of Zhuangxi Oil Production Factory in Shengli were measured in laboratory testing. Orthogonal test of PR-821,the one with best demulsifi- cation and dehydration effectiveness,and DSP-1 used in this oil production factory was made,the result showed: 55℃,1 :2,at 100mg/L and 90 min were optimum condi- tions.Under these conditions,ratio of dehydration of crude oil can reach as high as 94.5%.The mixed demulsi tier increases the dehydrating efficiency to 16.6%.
