Laboratory Evaluation to Corrosion Inhibitors in Cooling System under Normal Pressure

Through using cooling water on top of atmospheric tower and water solution of HC1 -H2S as corrosive medium, besides, using the electrochemical polarization curve method and the classical weight-loss method, the corrosion inhibitors produced in China - WS-K 7091, PS -1,4502 etc. are tested and evaluated. Results show that inhibited effect of WS -1 is good, but 4502 the poorest in these corrosion inhibitors. We propose to engage in industrial experiment.
