Application of new-type pressure sealing technology in Nanpu 3-20 well of Jidong oilfield

In order to solve the co-existing problem of well leakage and overflow during the period of well completion of No.3 structural deep well of Nanpu,pressure sealing technology has been adopted for construction wells and new type plugging material BZSPA and KT has been applied.The application of new BZ-SPA and KT plugging material has been introduced in this paper.The application results indicate by adopting the new type pressure sealing technology and staging intermittent plugging technology,to improve the safe drilling fluid density window of long open hole section,enhance the capacity of the formation pressure,ensure the safety of the well control during well completion and provides good borehole conditions for completion construction such as well logging and well cementation.
