Research and application of multi-stage fracturing technology with horizontal wells in sandstone gas reservoir of Gaomiao gas field

  • Sha-1 gas reservoirs of Gaomiao gas field in western Sichuan belong to low permeability and tight reservoirs.Controlled by narrow channels,the spacing for well site deployment is limited.The flow-back time for horizontal wells after pressure is long and the flow-back rate is usually low.In order to achieve high efficient and economic reservoir production,through horizontal wells fracturing practice in western Sichuan in recent years,the research on combination technology of fracture parameters optimization technology + pulse type plunger sand-filled technology + ultralow density propping agent+ K344 packer has been carried out.Through the fracture parameters optimization technology,the reasonable crack spacing and fracture diverting capacity can be analyzed.Through the pulse type plunger sand-filled technology and ultra-low density propping agent,more efficient propping fracture profile can be formed.By use of the K344 packer,flow-back channels can be increased in multi-fracturing and the damage on reservoir can also be reduced.The pilot testing of the combination technology has been carried out in two horizontal wells of Sha-1gas reservoirs,and the fracturing success rate is 100%,the flow-back rate within 24 hours is higher than 60% and the stimulation effect is great.
