Optimization of acquisition parameters for rock nuclear magnetic resonance analyzer

  • The acquisition parameters of rock nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) analyzer need to be optimized according to different reservoir properties in order to meet the research needs. There are many uncertainties in the setting of the optimization scheme of acquisition parameters at present, and the appropriateness of parameter setting directly affects the quality of the acquisition of NMR signals by the instrument, and further affects the results of NMR analysis and evaluation. Therefore, an experimental study was conducted on four parameters: scanning times, echo intervals, echo numbers and waiting time. Combined with the theory analysis, the acquisition parameters setting on the result of nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) analysis are revealed, and the acquisition of general principles of parameter optimization have been put forward, and the specific scheme of optimizing the setting of acquisition parameters for UNIQ-PMR II rock NMR analyzer is determined.
