Discussion on Internal Scientific Management of Enterprises

Strengthening internal scientific managemenl and realizing management innovation are key to state-owned enterprise reform. Combining with the reality of state-owned enterprises, this paper discusses the goal and significance of internal scientific management and presents measures to improve internal management. They include emancipating the mind and adopting new idea, improving the level of competence of enterprise managers, tightening up scientific management with people as the core, strengthening the basic work of enterprise, and enhancing research of enterprise development strategies.
