The finite element calculation on bracket of hetrophase beam balanced pumping unit

This article described the characteristics of hetro-phase beam balanced pumping unit, proposed the methods of improving type 16 pumping unit bracket design and applied SAP5P to make finite element analysis. The result showed that the bracket strength, stiffness and stability all meet the requirement, which provide theoretical support to the bracket design of over - weight pumping unit and is of great significance to pumping unit manufacturing plants and oil field users.
