Selection and application of YG340-1 residual polymer reuse agent in post-polymerflooding formations

  • According to the production characteristics of post -polymerflooding reservoirs in Henan oilfield, experimental studies are performed on the suspensibility, flocculability with HAPM and sealing capacity of YG340-1 residual polymer reuse agent. YG340-1 suspending fluid of 3%, compounded with produced water in Shuanghe oilfield, can keep a retention rate of suspended volume over 90% after a holding time of 60 minutes. The average diameterof floc units increases from 20μm to over 500μm after flocculating 120 min with HAPM of 300 mg/L. The measured residual coefficient of resistance of sand packed pipe ranges between 22. 22 and 30. 25. Field experiments are carried out in S215, 4072 and S206 well groups in Ⅱ4 and 5 blocks, northern part of Shuanghe oilfield, and the experiments results are good.
