New method application of reservoir description in JX oilfield of Bohai sea

Shahejie formation is one of the main oil-bearing formations of JX oilfield,due to the factors such as deep buried depth,much interference in marine seismic acquisition and etc,it is difficult to carry out accurate reservoir description by means of seismic technology and brings much difficulty for early oilfield development.By making full use of seismic data and logging data,the paleogeomorphology is found to be the main control factor of sedimentary.According to paleogeomorphic features,the reservoir thickness variance has been reflected.Combined with sandstone thickness map,quantitative reservoir description method has been established.At the same time,the sand body boundary and superimposed style have been distinguised by using logging facies and seismic facies so as to resolve the problem of drilling development well.From the implementation effect of development well,the real drill reservoir thickness is 1.5~6.0 times than previous design.The reserve volume increases 300×104t than previous design.The average daily production per well is 100 t/d,which is 1.5 times than previous design.And the oilfield recovery ratio reaches 30.1%,improving 7.8% than before.
