Study on high periodic steam soak technique of heavy oil in thin-bedded layers

There are two ways on calculating recoverable reserves of sandy shallow gas reservoir with high permeability, which is pressure-lowered method and decreasingly statistical method. The former can be applied in non-side water and non - bottom water reservoir of the consumed development, using abandoned pressure to calculate exploitable reserves; while the later is in accordance with the decreasing principle of gas reservoir. The calculating results show both methods are simple, practical and effective.
