Countermeasures study and practice of stable production during the late period of steam stimulation of Qi 108 block

Aiming at the problems of heavy oil reservoir development of Qi 108 block, such as declined production and poor steam stimulation effect, the problems and potential during the development have been analyzed. Through countermeasures study of stable production, including overhauling, sidetracking, series adjustment and optimized steam injection, fine geology study has been implemented. At present, the composite decline rate of Qi 108 block is of negative growth, the oil-steam ratio increased 0.07% and the development effect has been obviously improved.
