Seismic Processing Technique in Complex Area and Application Effects Analysis

  • The surface of Bayanhaote basin is covered largely by desert and gobi. Interference waves are common in initial seismic data and have strong energy, original signal-noise ratio is low and the amount of static correction is large. In viewing of the complex surface seismic conditions in Bayanhaote basin, research on static correction methods was performed on the basis of surface structure analysis. Pit- stack noise elimination, iteration and stacking optimization and improved f-x domain predictive noise elimination were carried out to improve signal-noise ratio and resolution according to the rational structure styles. These processing methods and techniques were used to process both the newly acquired and the old seismic data in Bayanhaote basin. Seismic sections with high signal-noise ratio were achieved.
