Pilot of High Temperature Resis tant Microbial Flooding in Reservoirs with Low Permeability

Normal temperature microbial cannot survive in Dongxin low perme ability reservoirs due to its high temper-ature and high wax contents.High tem perature resistant microbial specie incubated by American NPC Company was impor ted to solve this problem.Pilot of microbial flooding of reservoirs with high t emperature and low permeability was carried out in Well group Y6-16.Single well injection increased52m 3 ,skin coefficient lowered from2.069to-6.31,and reservoir contam ination was improved.Wax and gel and asphalt contents in the produced crude oil lowered,light hydrocarbon contents increased,heavy hydrocarbon content lowe red and recovery factor increased5.09%.
