Phase difference elimination of seismic data in Chunguang area and its application in reservoir prediction

  • Located in the northwest margin of Junggar Basin, the surface of Chunguang exploration area is mainly covered with desert and Gobi. As a result, even after fine processing, there are still some inherent phase differences between the collected seismic data and the reservoir distribution revealed by drilling and logging data, and there are also certain phase differences between the collected seismic data in different periods. In this case, the reservoir prediction results often have errors when using seismic data for reservoir prediction, or using seismic data in different periods for comparative analysis. According to the fitting relationship between phase difference and frequency, the phase of one set of seismic data is rotated to make it consistent with the phase of another set of seismic data, thus providing a basis for subsequent amplitude analysis. In addition, in order to obtain the accurate reservoir distribution characteristics, the constrained sparseness spike inversion technique under the constraints of geological model is used to predict the reservoir of several sets of seismic data before and after phase rotation. The results show that the reservoir distribution and reservoir dynamic characteristics can be more accurately analyzed by comparing the wave impedance properties of serval seismic data.
