Calibrating Su10 block recoverable reserves with corrected attenuation curve method

Su10 block is located in the north of Sulige gas field which is a kind of large scale lithologic gas field with low permeability and low porosity.The application effect of the attenuation method in the calibration of the recoverable reserves for the density gas reservoir is not exact and it doesn't reflect the real exploitation performance.Based on the attenuation curve method,the corrected attenuation curve method is put forward which can get better data - fitting through an amendment to the correlation coefficient of the model.The application indicates that the corrected attenuation curve method gives rise to rational recoverable reserves and suitable for Sulige gas field.
