Lithomechanics-based logging prediction of stratum pressure

A prediction model of reservoir pressure is established on the base of lithomechanics and from the logging data and after study on the generation mechanism of abnormal pressure except uncompaction for solving the limit of current prediction methods.The model is suitable to the pressure prediction of continous or discontinuous strata with complex lithology without establishing the normal trend line,thus minimizing the influence of artificial factors.The prediction error is within 8%,so the model is characterized by high precision and reliability,meeting the field engineering requirement.
