The study of four property relationship and lower limit of effective thickness in reservoir of Wutonggou formation in eastern area of Lukeqin oilfield

  • The mainly reservoir of Wutonggou formation in eastern area of Lukeqin oilfield consists fine sandstone and glutenite of fan delta front underwater distributary channel,which has a high quality with medium to high porosity and permeability.Oiliness of reservoir is controlled mainly by both lithology and physical property.The oiliness of fine sandstone is the best,while glutenite takes second place.Meanwhile,the better the physical property is,the better the oiliness of reservoir.By the study of lithology,physical property,electric property,oil- bearing characteristics and the correlations between each other,a distinguishing criterion of effective oil reservoir thickness has been established.The lower limit of porosity is 18%,lower limit of permeability is 3×10-3μm2,lower limit of resistivity is 3Ω?m,lower limit of AC is 270μs/m,and upper limit of density is 2.38g/cm3.
