Microscopic flow law research of multiphase foam in porous media

  • By etching microscopic bubbles,microspheres and multiphase foam systems,the research results of microscopic flow characteristics in multiple porous media show the foams are mainly through the porous media in the form of deformation,segmentation and the migration rate of small bubbles is greater than that of bigger bubbles and the sealing is of superposition property.The microspheres in porous media exist in the form of string-like,strip or slug aggregates,and through the pore throat in the form of direct or deformed way to adsorb,bridge outside the throat and stack at the pore throat joint to form the sealing,but the stability is not strong.In multiphase foam system,the microspheres adsorbed film surface even enclosed in foam.Surrounded by microspheres,the foams move forward with increased stability and being with better plugging effect for deep profile.
