Dual Solvent Aromatic Extraction Technology of FCC Oil Slurry

This paper introduces FCC oil slurry treatment through dual solvent aromatic extraction.Wet furfural is used as the main solvent.Selection criteria of the second solvent are high solvent power to saturatedhydro carbons,good se lective capacity,and low density.The second solvent should create large density variance in continuous phase,be favorable for formation of two phases and meet the demands of aromatic retrograde extraction.Experiments show that the quality of extracted oil outgoes VGO of crude oil and is an ideal FCC raw material.
