    Abstract
  • The main exploration objective is the third intervalin Hetaoyuan Formation (He Ⅲ)while study on the sec-ond interval(He Ⅱ)is relatively poor.This paper dis-cusses the basic geologic features of He Ⅱin Biyang depression and analyzes petroleum system,reservoir types and patterns of petroleum migration,accumulation and distribution in this interval.It presents4favorable areas for prospection of the shallow objective interval including Xiaermen,Shuanghe,the south of Anpeng and Dupo-Bidian.
