Enhancing Utilization Efficiency of the Oil Field Development Data Base

To counter practical problem existing in certain of oil fields that utilization efficiency ofdevelopment data base is not high, this paper introduced principle and method that using high -level language reads and writes data from data base derectly. And gave examples applied to the oil filed development.
