Improvement and Application of DCS Automatic Control Technique in Light Hydrocarbon Gathering Station in Baolang Oilfield

This paper analyzes the problems exisled in operation of DCS control system in the gathering station of Baolang oilfield, with the empbasis on analysis of digital smooth filtering in PID control loop, dynamic compensation and cascade control loop. The system optimization and improvement methods presented can effectively eliminate temperature lag, increase data gathering speed, improve controllability of the whole system and enhance controlaccuracy. Effect comparation diagrams are also presented in this paper.
