Development and Application of Concentrating Agent (NJS-1)for Oily Sludge

    Abstract
  • Bicomponent oily sludge concentrating agent, NSJ- 1 (A) and NSJ - 1 (B), were deve1oped with modifyingand compounding techniques in accordance with the properties of oily sludge. Concentrating mechanism was studied. Field application of NSJ- 1 showed that dehydration rate of deposited oily sludge was over 12％,and the cost of harmless consolidation of oily sludge was significantly reduced.
