Energy consumption analysis of the pumped well and optimal methods of power saver

By adopting the analytical method of nodes energy consumption, the energy consumption status in different process of energy transmission and its distribution regularity have been systematically analyzed,and the key direction and energy saving measures of pumped wells have also been determined. Therefore,the research of optimal combination of ground equipments have been carried out and the mathematical model of multi - objective,with minimum energy consumption and minimum cost has been established.Meanwhile, in accordance with the management implementation specifications and standards of energy consumption in the third oil production plant of Daqing oilfield,an economically effective plan has been optimized out,which proved to achieve good effect in application.
