This paper expounds the basic connotation of enterprise image. Interprise image is both the invisible assets and the comprehensive reflection of material civilization and cultural and ideological progress in an enterprise .Good enterprise image not only can enhances the competitive power of the enterprise but also can spurs the enterprise and its staffs to progress and develop all - roundly. The way and methods to create a good enterprise image are presented : firstly,comprehensivly design the image of the enterprise,secondly,adopt consciousness of famous brand,thirdly,establish good public relations,fourthly,enhance cultural construction in the enterprise, and finally, set up good individual images of the leaders and staffs of .the enterprise.
