Study and application of comprehensive broken down technology with solid acid in Henan heavy oilfield

  • Conventional production blocks in Henan heavy oil fields have entered intermediary and later development stages. Producing pressures decline steeply and absorbing capacities of injectors are poor, thus waterflooding effects of heavy oil fields are seriously influenced. In view of the types and degrees of heavy oil reservoir damages, corrosion experiment of solid acid blocking removers and core flow model test are carried out and acidizing technologies and the matching technologies are studied. A comprehensive broken down technology with solid acid is preliminarily developed which is fit for the geological characteristics of common heavy oil blocks. Field application shows that it has good broken down effects and is worthy to be popularized in heavy oil fields.
