Study on high precision 3D seismic data merging processing in Wanji area of Biyang sag

  • The previous method for seismic data processing is conducted separately, which was proved to have disadvantages such as boundary effect, weak sense of wholeness, unclear fault points and unconformity relationship, low SNR, etc. While by adopting the floating datum to carry out static correction in merging processing, the near offset and unconformity reflection can be preserved. Through the research on pre-stack energy adjustment, the efficiency of arc problem in pre-stack time migration has been improved. In addition, all the problems occurred in separate processing have been solved. The boundary effect has been eliminated, the sense of wholeness has been obviously enhanced, the fault points and wave group characteristics become clear, all of which make it easier to identify the depositional systems.
