Development of Water Seepage Flow Simulation Test Unit

  • Fluid seepage flow in formations severely influencesthe cement bond quality of interfaces due to long termwaterflooding in Daqing oilfield. The key parameters thatinfluence cement bond quality at high water- cut stage aredetermined based on wellsite investigation, and a simulaiontest unit of water seepage flow is developed .This unit cansimulate formation permeability, pore pressure, downholetemperature and the state of water seepage flow throughestablishing micro - units of downhole cement shealth, andsimulate the scouring of seepage flow to cement shealth.Itcan simulate cores with different permeabilities, andperforme cement bond log similar to field cement jobquality detecting method. The successful development ofthis unit provides the basis for further studying theinfluences of pressure difference and water seepage flowon cement job quality.
