太平屯油田油层保护技术研究

Study on oil horizon protection in Taipingtun oilfield

  • 摘要: 太平屯油田为中低性渗透油田,从钻井到注水开发后各种增产、增注措施,均会使葡萄花油层渗透率进一步降低,从而降低采收率。油气层伤害室内评价实验是通过四种敏感性评价:速敏、水敏、酸敏、盐敏;测定储层岩石与外来工作液体接触前后的渗透率变化,评价储层的敏感程度,分析储层损害机理。在此基础上,对钻井、射孔、压裂、酸化、以及注水开发过程可能对油层造成的伤害进行了评价,并实施有针对性的油层保护对策,减少各种施工过程对储层造成伤害,提高低渗透储层的生产能力。

     

    Abstract: Putaohua oil horizon with a medium-low permeability in Taipingtun oilfield will be reduced in permeability after the performance of all measures of yield increase and augmented injection from drilling to injection,and thus decreasing the recovery ratio.The laboratory test on oil and gas horizon damage is of the purpose to measure the permeability varia- tion of the reservoir before and after the contact with foreign working fluid through the evaluations of velocity sensibility, water sensibility,acid sensibility and salt sensibility,and further to evaluate the sensibility degree of reservoir and to analyze the mechanism of reservoir damage.On the basis of laboratory tests,evaluated are the oil horizon damages in the processes of drilling,perforation,fracturing,acidification, and water injection.Corresponding countermeasures of res- ervoir protection are carried out to decrease the damage on reservoir during all kinds of performances and to enhance the production capability of low-permeability reservoir.
