水平井在稠油老区应用的数值模拟研究

Numerical Simulation of Application of Horizontal Wells in Old Heavy Oil Area

  • 摘要: 用现场测试、选层注汽资料和数值模拟方法,研究了辽河油田齐40块直井蒸汽吞吐后期油层剩余油分布。在此基础上,以经济指标为目标函数,重点对水平井与现有直井的组合方式、开采方式、注采参数方案进行了优选。结果表明:蒸汽吞吐阶段,射孔井段上部油层剩余油饱和度为49.9%~52.3%,下部为54.7%~62.0%;水平井组注蒸汽开采的采收率较直井组可提高12.68%,热油比提高0.2627kg/kJ.

     

    Abstract: Remaining oil distribution in the late period of huff and puff in the vertical wells in Block Qi -40 in Liaohe oil field was studied by using field testing and selective injection data and a numerical simulation method.Based on these studies,the combination pattern of horizontal wells with the existing vertical wells, the recovery methods and the injection - production parameters were optimized by taking economic indicators as the object function.The results showed that during huff and puff,remaining oil saturation in the upper part of perforation interval was 49.9% ~ 52. 3%,in the lower part was 54.7 % ~ 62.0%, stream injection recovery factor in horizontal well groups can be 12.68% higher than that in vertical well groups, and heat-oil ratio increases 0.2627Kg/Kj.
