延长油田低渗透油藏高含水综合治理数值模拟研究及应用

Research and application of numerical simulation on the comprehensive treatment in low permeability reservoirs of Yanchang oilfield with high water cut

  • 摘要: 延长油田214区块经过近10余年的注水开发,目前存在注水见效周期短、含水上升速度快、水驱动用差等问题。为了研究有效的治理方案,提高采收率和经济效益,采用Eclipse数值模拟的黑油模型,在生产动态拟合中对低渗油藏人工裂缝进行渗透率的表征,含水率拟合中采取相渗调整和含水饱和度修改的方法,确保模型的可靠性。通过对水井自适应复合调驱和油井堵水两种治理措施的注入量和封堵位置进行数模优化,最终确定调驱剂按照窜流通道体积的0.3~0.5 PV注入,表面活性剂按照孔隙体积的0.06~0.08 PV注入,油井堵水选择距离油井2/3半缝长的位置。依据数模优化结果,开展了现场措施实施,效果较好。

     

    Abstract: After ten years of water injection development, the water cut rate reached to 80% in 214-block of Yanchang oilfield, there are some problems existed at present, such as short effective period of water injection, fast rising rate of water cut and poor water driving effect. To get the effective treatment plan, improve the recovery efficiency and obtain economic benefits, the Eclipse numerical simulation of black oil model was applied. In the dynamic matching of production in low permeability reservoir, the characterization of the artificial fracture permeability was conducted. In the fitting of moisture content, the relative permeability adjustment and water saturation modification method were adopted to ensure the reliability of the model. Based on the optimization of numerical simulation of the injection volume and the plugging position, according to the circulation volume of 0.3 ~ 0.5 PV injection and the pore volume of 0.06 ~ 0.08 PV injection, the oil displacement agent and the surfaceactive agent were finally determined. The water plugging position of oil well is 2/3 of the distance from oil wells. According to the result of numerical simulation model optimization, the field measures were carried out and the effect was good.
