无土相漂珠钻井完井液体系在DP3井水平段的应用

  • 摘要: 为了增加泄气面积,了解盒3气层的自然产能,在大牛地气田盒3气层实施了DP3井水平井钻井工艺试验。为了有效保护气层,在DP3水平井水平段采用水基欠平衡钻井,循环介质采用无土相漂珠钻井完井液体系,该体系特点是通过减轻剂—玻璃微珠降低钻井液密度实现欠平衡钻井,有效保护储层。现场应用表明,无土相漂珠钻井完井液体系基本满足了安全生产的要求,实施了平衡钻井技术,部分井段实现了微欠平衡钻井,有效地保护了储层,很好地解决了水平井段的携带岩屑、固相控制、润滑防卡、井壁稳定、储层保护等技术难题。后期测试无阻流量达到6.34×10~4 m~3/d。

     

    Abstract: In order to increase the gas drainage area,comprehend the natural gas production of He 3 formation,implement horizontal drilling technology experiments in DP3 well in Da- niudi gas field,horizontal section in DP3 well adopt water- based underbalanced drilling for effectively protecting gas formation,using clay-free & drift pearl of the drilling and completion fluid system as recirculated medium,the system is characterized by using light weight additive-glass beads declining drilling density to achieve underbalanced drilling and effectively protect reservoirs.Field application showed that clay-free & drift pearl of the drilling and completion fluid system meeting safe production requirements,imple- ment the balanced drilling technology,have realization of mi cro-underbalanced drilling in part section,and effectively protect the reservoir.Solve well of the horizontal wells with debris,solid control,lubrication,wellbore stability,the protection of reservoirs,and other technical problems.The unimpeded flow of later test was 6.34×10~4 m~3/d.
