  • 摘要: 鄂尔多斯盆地南部镇原-泾川地区中生界油藏为低孔、低渗、低产砂岩储层,钻完井过程中油层易受到伤害,部分井不压裂基本无自然产能。为了保护储层,提高单井产量,通过储层保护技术研究、室内实验结合现场试验研究,形成一套适用于该地区中生界低渗油藏的低伤害钾铵基钻井完井液体系。该体系具有低伤害、良好的抑制性和流变性能,目前已在镇泾地区推广应用,取得较好应用效果。

     

    Abstract: The Mesozoic reservoir of Zhenjing area in southern Ordos basin is low porosity, low permeability and low productivity sandstone reservoir. Oil layers are easy to be injured during drilling and completion, and some wells have no natural productivity if no fracturing. In order to protect reservoir and enhance productivity, through the research of reservoir protection, laboratory testing and field testing, the K + - NH4 + drilling fluid system is concluded which is suitable for low - permeability reservoir of Mesozoic. The system has the characteristics of low damage, good inhibition and rheological property. At present, the system has been popularized in Zhenjing area and achieved great application result.
