高温凝胶调剖剂的研制及在辽河油田的应用

  • 摘要: 高温凝胶调剖剂是以间苯二酚、甲醛为交联剂,添加热稳定剂,复合以部分聚丙烯酰胺水溶液形成的高温凝胶调剖剂。研究确定了调剖剂的最佳配方,考察了聚丙烯酰胺、交联剂用量对凝胶强度及凝胶时间的影响,热稳定剂加入凝胶体系后提高了凝胶的耐温性,并进行了岩心封堵试验。高温凝胶调剖剂已在辽河油田98口蒸汽吞吐井进行了现场试验,取得了较好的增油效果。

     

    Abstract: Using resorcin and formaldehyde as cross linking agent,adding heat stabilizers,compounded with part polyacrylamide solution,which formed high temperature gel adjustable profile control agent.Research has identified adjustable profile control agent,inspected polyacrylamideof crosslinking agent volume influence to gel strength and gel time,the adding of heat stabilizers to gel system enhanced gel resistant temperature,and the core sealing test has been carried.High temperature gel adjustable profile control agent has been applied in liaohe oilfield 98 steam stimulation Wells and achieved good effect for oil increasing.
