Causes analysis of well collapse and understanding of drilling fluid in Jin58 well area of Dongsheng gas field

  • 摘要: 针对锦58井区钻井施工中的井壁失稳问题,从地层岩性、黏土矿物组分进行分析,阐述了影响井壁失稳的主要原因。根据施工难点,强化钻井液节点控制,优化钻井液性能指标,提出了预防井漏、井塌的钻井液对策,形成了一套比较完整的钻井液工艺技术,钻井液密度是防塌的关键,配剂的强抑制性和强封堵性钻井液有利于井眼稳定。JPH–438井现场应用表明,该井钻井液性能稳定,润滑性好,井眼规则,井径扩大率大幅下降,可有效预防井漏、井塌,达到了高效钻井的目的,取得了良好的应用效果。

     

    Abstract: In view of the wellbore instability in the drilling construction of Jin58 well area, based on the analysis of formation lithology and clay mineral composition, the main causes of wellbore instability are explained. According to the construction difficulties, the drilling fluid node control is strengthened, the drilling fluid performance index is optimized, the drilling fluid countermeasures to prevent well leakage and well collapse are put forward, and a relatively complete drilling fluid technology is formed. The field application of JPH-438 well shows that the strong inhibition and sealing property of drilling fluid are beneficial to wellbore stability. Density is the key to prevent anti-collapse. The drilling fluid of this well has stable performance, good lubricity and regular well bore. The greatly reduced hole diameter enlargement ratio can effectively prevent well leakage and well collapse, achieving effective drilling and good application effect.
