春光油田稠油流体特性研究

  • 摘要: 春光油田稠油黏度高、流体特性复杂,开采和输送难度大,为有效开发春光稠油,实验研究了温度、含水率等因素对春光稠油流体性质、屈服值的影响,结果表明,当含水率小于40%时,该类稠油的黏度随着含水率的增加而大幅上升,符合Richarson经验公式;含水率对春光稠油的流体类型无显著影响,流变性质均呈现牛顿流体特性;在60℃温度下,稠油呈现一定的剪切变稀的非牛顿流体特性;在70℃~90℃时,稠油黏度基本不受剪切速率的变化影响,呈现牛顿流体特性。春光稠油的屈服值随温度升高而急剧下降,较高的温度是保证原油在地层和井筒中流动性的关键因素。

     

    Abstract: The heavy oil in Chunguang oilfield is characterized by high viscosity,complex fluid property and big difficulty in production and hydrocarbon transmission.For effective development of heavy oil,the effect of temperature and water cut on fluid properties of heavy oil and yield stress was studied.The results indicated when the water cut was smaller than 40%,with the increase of water cut,the viscosity rose sharply,which was in accordance with the Richarson empirical formula.There was no significant effect of water cut on fluid types in Chunguang oilfield and the rheological properties of Newtonian fluid properties were presented.At 60℃,the heavy oil presented non-Newtonian fluid property of thinning shear.In70℃~90℃,viscosity of heavy oil was not affected by the change of shear rate of Newtonian fluid properties.With the temperature rose,the yield stress value decreased sharply.The higher temperature was a key factor to gurantee the flow property in the formation and the wellbore.
