利用缩膨剂提高文东油田储层注水能力实践

Practice on enhancing water injection capacity in reservoir with swelled clay shrinkage agent in Wendong oilfield

  • 摘要: 文东油田由于储层具有低渗透、地层水矿化度高、粘土矿物含量高的特点,开发过程中水井高压欠注问题严重,普通的酸化难以达到降压增注的效果,因此,研究应用了缩膨降压增注技术。在文东油田4个区块的欠注水井实施缩膨降压增注技术8口,平均单井注水压力下降2.6 MPa,注水量提高23 m~3/d。对应油井累计增油量为510.4 t,平均单井增油63.8 t,取得了较好的效果。

     

    Abstract: As the reservoir in Wendong oilfield is characterized by low permeability,high mineralization of formation water and high clay mineral content,high- pressure and lack of injection has become serious through the development process. Therefore,the technology of swelled clay shrinkage agent has been developed to lower pressure and enhance water injection, on which the normal acidizing method has failed.In the end the application of 8 wells in 4 blocks of Wendong oilfield shows the water injection pressure for single well has decreased 2.6 MPa,water injection increased 23 m~3/d,and average increased oil for single well is 63.8 t and the accumulative increased oil for corresponding wells is 510.4 t.
